Tao

Knowing others in intelligence. Knowing yourself is true wisdom. – Chapter 22 ,Tao Te Ching

Tao cannot be defined as it is the process, principle, how and what of life. It teaches us the simplicity, patience and passion of our day to day lives. This definition is not a definition but it is what I understand so far from The Book of the Way.

Tao is a philosophy that is so simple to understand, yet it is so complex because simplicity is not many way of living. Our hectic day to day lives can have many puzzled with this word and stop and look at those who practice it with a complete lost of words. I for one was caught off guard as I read and understand, it is so simple yet it is very hard to understand.

The teaches of Tao is our day to day life and how we perceive each passing moment. It is a way of life that many practice find peace, harmony and love with each moment of their awakening life. Many of us practice Tao and may not even realize as it is a practice that can be planted and change our conscious and subconscious mind and way of reacting.

Tao is a beautiful and magnificent way of living and should be practiced by all to help with our journey of our lives. Tao can be practiced by meditating and centering yourself, being still and learning to be fully aware of one surroundings.

Tao teaches us about Karma and how each action is going to have a reaction. It teaches us that each seed we plant is going to reap and we have to accept what we sow. Every moment is a blessing and we must be awake when we are receiving divine messages.

Teo teaches that life happens and events must happen in order for this world to multiply. Life must be unfolded and there is always a process in someone life in order to manifest what blessings is in store for someone.

God is beyond comprehension and no one can truly understand the God above. Good and evil is never God will, it is our perception that leads us down this way. Our decisions and actions can lead us down a evil path or a good path in this life. At times evil and good goes hand in hand as there is always going to be evil and good that will unfold in our lives.

Nature Law is God Law as the Universe and God is actually one. God doesn’t need to punish us, we punish ourselves. This is stated is chapter 50 and I was surprised with this saying, as it is so very true, we punish ourselves at times without even realizing.

All is one and everything unites so we must learn to step aside and take in each moment in our lives. Chapter one has a line that goes this way mystery of mysteries. Door to all wonder. This explains that life is a mystery and each passing moment is a door to wonder. So, we must take each moment with simplicity, passion and not so seriously.

Chapter 16 gives guidance on Taoism especially if you are new to this. This
book is brilliant and is a very simple read for all. It lays out point by point with explanations for all.

This book is a self help book that can be practiced in someone day to day awakening life and helps you question every step you take.

I understand this is a hard book to get a copy of but if you do, take a read or listen to the audio. It is one of the spiritual books I will have to read or listen a few more times again. As this book is one of the many books that opens your awareness to life, creation and the Universe.

Tao is something I practice unintentionally on a day to day but now as I have finished completed reading more on this. I am definitely going to be putting more practice into my self awareness and meditation practices.

Much love everyone.
